How can I make ad adjustments to or cancel my account?

If you need to edit a particular ad or cancel it, just email support@homesnap.com within 24 hours of receiving the electronic receipt and we'll make the update. Cancellation requests received outside of the 24-hour window will receive a partial refund based on the campaign budget that was spent during the time the ad was live. To cancel your subscription account or change a feature of it (like the template design, for example), email support@homesnap.com with your request.
