If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one.
- At the sign-in screen click forgot password
- Enter the email address you used to register with homesnap and click send
- Check your email for the password reset email. (This typically comes within 1 to 3 minutes)
- If you cannot find the email please check your spam/junk folder as well as deleted emails.
- If you still do not have the email
- Go back to the forgot password screen and again click forgot password.
- When it asks for the email try putting in any alternate emails you may have used. (A personal email, a team email, the email that the mls/association assigned you)
- Check those emails (including spam/junk) for the password reset email
