How often do you update your listings?

Our data feeds operate as closely as possible to real-time. Our fetchers are set up to pull in updated MLS records approximately every 15 minutes. 

We may experience occasional delays for the following reasons:

• Unanticipated delays from MLSs in making the data available through our feed.
• Excessive incoming data or changes that could overload our system
• One-off server delays

We do everything we can to limit the above delays as much as possible.
