How do I update my account information (user name, email, password, etc)?

  • Go to 
  • Click on Me
  • Click on My Homesnap 
  • Click on Edit Profile
  • Here you can change your email, phone number and password

Please keep in mind that most information such as your name, email and phone number are pulled directly from your MLS and in order to show the updated information across all aspects of Homesnap these things do need to be updated in your MLS first.
