Yes, your client can contact you through the app as well as the website by visiting their messages tab and writing you a message. Messaging is the only form of communication that is done between accounts on Homesnap. If you are using the app, be sure to have notifications enabled so that your phone notifies you when someone sends you a message on Homesnap.
If your client is connected to you through Homesnap, they will also be able to see your information, as well as a section to send you a message anytime they view any listings on our app. On the website, the messaging tool will display on the right side of their screen with a link to view your profile as well.
