Rapid CMA

This feature is only available to real estate agents on Homesnap (PRO accounts)

Desktop:

• Bring up the listing’s page that you want to base your CMA on
• Click the button SEND RAPID CMA
• Homesnap will suggest roughly 12 similar listings and sales comps (the agent can pick the best 3 of each.
  • You can add comments about the subject property, comps, or market
  • Enter an email address (or pick a contact) to send the CMA too
  • Homesnap instantly generates and sends the CMA based on the your input

Mobile:

• Bring up the listing’s page that you want to base your CMA on
• Scroll down the AGENT ACTIONS section, click “send a rapid CMA”
• Homesnap will suggest roughly 12 similar listings and sales comps (the agent can pick the best 3 of each.

  • Enter an email address (or pick a contact) to send the CMA too
  • Homesnap instantly generates and sends the CMA based on the your input
