Does location services have to be turned on?

Yes. In order to get the most use out of your app, we highly recommend turning on the location services. If you do not turn your location services on, you will not be able to gain access to most of the functionality associated with the app. For instance, searching for properties near your location won’t be possible and you will not be able to walk the property lines! Additionally, because the app will not be tracking your movement, you won’t be able to see properties while you are driving or moving.
