How does a client remove an agent connection?
Desktop
- Click the ME tab in the top right corner of the page
- Click MY HOMESNAP in the drop-down menu
- Locate your agent’s name on the right-hand side of the screen
- Click the name
- Click the MY AGENT button, a pop-up window will appear
- Click the gear
- Click remove agent
Mobile
- Tap on the ‘Me’ icon in the bottom right hand corner
- Tap on the ‘My Friends” icon in the middle of your screen (you will now see your agent on top)
- Tap on your agent
- Tap on the ‘My Agent’ icon
- Click ‘Remove?’
