How does a client remove an agent connection?

Desktop

• Click the ME tab in the top right corner of the page
• Click MY HOMESNAP in the drop-down menu
• Locate your agent’s name on the right-hand side of the screen
• Click the name
• Click the MY AGENT button, a pop-up window will appear
• Click the gear 
• Click remove agent

Mobile

• Tap on the ‘Me’ icon in the bottom right hand corner
• Tap on the ‘My Friends” icon in the middle of your screen (you will now see your agent on top)
• Tap on your agent
• Tap on the ‘My Agent’ icon
• Click ‘Remove?’
