It is also an ideal network for direct engagement with potential clients.

How does it work?

We create a visually appealing ad for just listed and just sold properties using design, leads pages and your contact information.Your "Just Listed" or "For Sale" ad will target people who are in a geographic radius surrounding the property that is being advertised.

Additionally, the ad also targets a custom audience that is specific to you and includes anyone you've invited to join you in Homesnap, leads you receive through Homesnap, and anyone who views your listings or profile on Homesnap.

The ad will not run directly through the agents Facebook page, nor is it likely that the agent or their friends would organically see it. The ad is not running directly as a post, but as an advertisement that will show up as part of the regular newsfeed on Facebook to a targeted audience.

Every campaign includes the option to see the live ad ( Agent are provided a link to view their live ad, which can then be shared to their own Facebook account. We also provide performance reporting showing the number of views and clicks and leads.. Leads are traced and delivered via email.

In the "Set Your Budget" step of the ad creation process, we provide run-length estimates that are correlated to the budget you select. These estimates are based on the results of an ongoing analysis of the myriad ads we run for agents. It's important to remember that no two campaigns are alike, as they are affected by variables such as seasonality, market conditions and competition.
