Facebook - How Can I see my ad and ad performance?

You can always visit your live ads by visiting your ads dashboard either through your phone or through our website. 

Website:  Visit Homesnap.com > Sign in (if you are not already signed in) > Click the "Pro Agents" tab at the top > Select "My Ads Dashboard" from the drop down menu under "Agent-Only Features" > Find the ad that you would like to visit and click "View Report" > Select "Facebook" or “Instagram” at the top > Scroll down to the "Campaign Performance" section and hover your mouse over the picture of the phone > Click "Visit"

App: Open the Homesnap App > Sign in (if you are not already signed in > Click the "Pro Agents" tab at the bottom > Select the "My Ads Dashboard" under the "agent-only features" > Select the "My Ads" tab at the top > Select the property listing that you would like to edit > Tap "View Report" under "Facebook" or “Instagram” > Scroll to the bottom and you will see under "Live Campaign" an option to visit your live ads
