What are Lead Capture Pages by Homesnap?

Lead capture pages are the pages that will appear directly after someone clicks or taps (if they are on their phone) on the ad that they are interested in. This will allow the user to give you their name, email and potentially phone number (if you have selected that particular lead page) if they would like to be contacted because they were interested in your ad. 

Once someone has given you their information, the lead information will go directly to your email. Their information will also be visible through the ads dashboard for that particular ad if you would like to view it there instead. 

Please follow the instructions below if you would like to visit your ads dashboard to see your leads

Website: Visit Homesnap.com > Sign in (if you are not already signed in) > Click the "pro agents" tab at the top > Select "my ads dashboard" from the drop down menu under "agent-only features" > Find the ad that you would like to visit and click "view report" > Scroll down to the bottom to view your leads.

App: Open the Homesnap App > Sign in (if you are not already signed in > Click the "Pro Agents" tab at the bottom > select the "My Ads Dashboard" under the "agent-only features" > select the "my ads" tab at the top > Select the property listing that you would like to edit > Scroll down until you reach the section title “Leads”
