Subscribe & Save - Do I need to select a campaign level or add-ons for each ad?

You don't need to lift a finger. When you selected "Subscribe & Save," our system stored the details you used for the campaign you ordered and applied it to your subscription account. We will use the campaign level and template design you selected for each ad moving forward. If you added on an Instagram ad, you will receive an Instagram ad with all your future campaigns too.
