When do I place my order, and when am I billed?

Here's how it works for our various types of ads:

Single Active or Sold Listing Ad:

  • Design your ad, set your promotion budget and target audience, and place your order!
  • Your credit card will be charged for your selected budget, and will only be charged again if you choose to add budget to the ad or order a new ad.

Active and Sold Listing Ads - Subscribe & Save Program:

  • Design your ad, set your promotion budget and target audience, and place your order!
  • Every time you list or sell a home, we will create a striking ad campaign on your behalf. Your credit card will automatically be charged each time we create an ad for you (i.e. every time you have a new listing and/or new sale).
  • It gets better - we currently offer a 10% discount for participating in Subscribe & Save, which is subject to change without notice.
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime, or keep your subscription but cancel a specific listing or sale ad so it does not run. Send your written request to support@homesnap.com at least 48 business hours before the property is listed or sold to avoid a credit card charge for any ads that you don't want to go live on Facebook and/or Instagram

Video Ad Subscription:

  • Design your ad, set your daily marketing budget and target audience, and place your order!
  • Your dynamic ad will automatically be refreshed each week with data and images from your MLS, promoting your personal activity to an engaged audience.
  • Your credit card will be charged immediately, and then automatically charged every month thereafter on the same date (i.e. if your video ad campaign kicks off on March 5th, your credit card will automatically be charged on the 5th of every month going forward).
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime. Just make sure you contact support@homesnap.com at least 48 business hours before your ad is set to renew (i.e. the 5th of the month in the example above) to avoid a charge for the next month.
