    For some reason, HomeSnap automatically submitted an order that I did not place. I've been waiting two days for customer support to get back with me via e-mail so that I will not be billed for this. I am trying to call but have been on hold for 30 minutes. I did not authorize the ad and do not want to be charged for it but cannot seem to get through. I guess I will have to cancel my credit card to keep this from happening again as there is no way to delete the payment method from the web site. I will not be using HomeSnap to advertise any of my listings in the future.

    Same to me. I couldnt buy groceries or gas this weekend as my debit card was cancelled due to this unauthorized charge. If I want your service I will call u. This is fraud and theft. Reported to bbb and atty gen office.
