I've been waiting two days for customer support to get back with me via e-mail so that I will not be billed for this. I am trying to call but have been on hold for 30 minutes. I did not authorize the ad and do not want to be charged for it but cannot seem to get through. I guess I will have to cancel my credit card to keep this from happening again as there is no way to delete the payment method from the web site.
